My Indifuels Private Limited · Lucknow
We work with partners in two clear ways. Open a My Indifuels petrol pump, with our team beside you from your first application through to inauguration — and staying with you after you open. Or set up a fuel production plant on your land, where we build it, run it and buy every litre it makes.
Pick the one that fits what you have and how involved you want to be. Both packs are free to download.
Open a branded My Indifuels retail outlet on a highway, main road or rural road. Our team stays with you through every stage — application, survey, agreement, approvals, construction, inauguration, and the running of the outlet after that.
You bring industrially usable land. We bring the technology, our share of the funding, and complete responsibility for building and running the plant. A new project company is formed, owned equally by both sides.
About these packs. Each pack explains the model, the scope of work, the approvals involved and the stage-by-stage path. They are for your understanding — indicative, not an offer, and not valid for any payment. Figures for your own site or land are issued only in a written, signed proposal after our survey.
Petrol pump dealership in India
Opening a fuel station means paperwork, drawings, government approvals and site work. Most people give up somewhere in the middle. Our team walks the whole distance with you, in a fixed written order, so you always know what is happening and what comes next. And the day you inaugurate is not the day we leave — running the outlet well is where the money is actually made.
Your KYC papers and basic site details are submitted to begin the dealership process.
We study the proposed site, traffic, access, surrounding area and potential demand.
The site is reviewed and cleared internally before any major spending or development begins.
Your dealership allotment is formally confirmed through a written Letter of Intent.
Commercial terms, responsibilities, duties and the agreed scope are formally signed by both sides.
Land papers, NOCs, fire, explosives, electrical and pollution approvals are coordinated as required.
Civil work, tanks, dispensers, canopy, branding and automation are completed for the outlet.
Calibration, safety checks, staff training and the first fuel fill are completed before opening day.
Production plant partnership model
We set up district-level plants that turn waste plastic into usable fuel. You do not need any experience in fuel, and you do not run anything. You bring the land and become an equal owner of the project company. We do the rest.
The fuel already has a buyer. Every plant we build supplies My Indifuels' own retail outlets. The plant does not have to find customers in the open market.
Commercial terms are always in writing. Land size, project cost, ownership split and how profit is shared are explained in a written proposal after the site check — never by phone and never as a verbal promise.
Downloads & investor relations
The Corporate Profile is open to everyone. Our investor documents are shared with institutional investors and their advisers on request.
Who we are, what we make, where we operate, how we work with partners, and how the company is governed. The best single document if you are new to My Indifuels.
Our business, the two growth engines, the operating platform we have built and where we intend to take it. Prepared for institutional discussion.
The detailed institutional document — business model, unit economics, growth plan, governance, risks and the structures through which investment can be made.
A fair-value assessment of the company prepared by an independent valuer, using discounted cash flow and market-multiple methods. Released as the signed report, in full.
Write to us with your name, your organisation and what you are looking at. We reply with a non-disclosure agreement, and share the documents once it is signed.
Why our investor documents are not an open download. They are confidential, and they are written for professional investors who will do their own diligence. Sharing them under a non-disclosure agreement protects both sides.
Nothing here is an offer of securities. No investment is offered or solicited through this website. Any participation happens only through board-approved definitive documentation, under applicable law.

Corporate Management System
My Indifuels works to a Corporate Management System of three manuals. Every stage of a dealership or a plant follows a chapter in them, with a named officer responsible, a form to fill and a record to keep. This is also described in our Corporate Profile.
Volume I
How the company is governed — who holds which authority, how decisions are approved and recorded, and the stage gates every project must clear before it moves ahead.
Volume II
The retail outlet from beginning to end — dealer selection, survey, agreement, land papers, NOCs and licences, construction, commissioning, and daily operations, safety and audit after opening.
Volume III
The plant from beginning to end — partner onboarding, feasibility, land and utilities, project company formation, statutory approvals, construction, commissioning and plant operations.
Why this matters to you. When our team tells you what happens next, it comes from a chapter — not from a promise. You may ask at any stage which chapter applies to your file and who is responsible for it.
Want to read a manual now? Use the request button on any volume above, or write to [email protected] . Tell us who you are and why you need it. These are controlled documents, so we issue a numbered copy to a named reader — under a non-disclosure agreement where the contents call for it.
Compressed public editions of all three volumes are being prepared for open download. Until then, the Corporate Profile explains how the system works.
Mobile bowser
Our mobile bowser is a dealer facility, not a public delivery app. It is offered only to dealers who already run a live My Indifuels retail outlet, so they can supply their bulk customers — farms, factories, construction sites and transport fleets — from their own outlet.
Not a dealer yet? The bowser facility follows the dealership. Start with a retail outlet application, and the facility can be considered once your outlet is live.
Made in India fuels, from waste that would otherwise be thrown away — and the everyday products a vehicle needs alongside them.
What the labels mean. "Available at our outlets" means you can buy it today at a My Indifuels pump. "Technology developed" means the process is ready and being rolled out district by district — ask us what is available near you. "Planned" means it is on our roadmap.
Quality is checked, not claimed. Every product is tested against its specification at our laboratory and at the outlet before it is sold. Test reports are available to our dealers.
Research & Development
Our research work has one simple aim: take material that India throws away, and turn it into fuel that works in an ordinary engine. We develop each process in our own facilities, and we work with industry, academic institutions and government agencies.
Non-recyclable plastic converted into crude oil, then refined into diesel and petrol grade fuel. This is the process behind our production plants. Patent application filed.
End-of-life tyres — one of the hardest wastes to dispose of safely — converted into usable fuel oil, with carbon black and steel recovered alongside.
Hydrogen produced from farm residue and biomass instead of fossil sources, for industry and for future mobility. Patent application filed.
Compressed bio-gas from agricultural residue, cow dung, organic waste and municipal solid waste — a fuel that turns a district's waste problem into its energy supply.
Engine oils, diesel exhaust fluid for BS-VI vehicles, and radiator coolants — formulated so a My Indifuels outlet can serve every need a vehicle arrives with.
Used cooking oil and waste oil as feedstock for aviation fuel. Under development — not yet a commercial product.
Density, quality and specification checks on production batches and on fuel at our outlets, with results recorded and kept.
We say only what we can show. "Developed" means the process or formulation is ready and proven in our own facilities; commercial availability then follows district by district. Where something is still under development, this page says so. Where a patent is applied for, we say applied for — not granted.
Newsroom
What the press has written about our work, our team and our expansion.
Every stage has a form, an owner and a due date. Nothing depends on one person's memory.
Drawings, certificates, test reports and licences are handed over to you as records, not promises.
Our plants supply our own pumps. Production and retail grow together, in step.
A named manager for your project, from first enquiry to opening day.
We use plastic and organic waste as raw material — cleaning up locally while making fuel.
Fuel is a hazardous business. We train, inspect and record, and we stop work when it is not safe.
Sustainability & social responsibility
Sustainability and social responsibility is one of the eight pillars of our corporate philosophy, not a separate department. Our raw material is waste that a town wants removed, and our plants and outlets are built in the districts they serve. The good we do is meant to be visible where we operate.
Non-recyclable plastic that would sit in a landfill or be burned in the open becomes our feedstock. Every tonne a plant processes is a tonne taken out of a local waste stream.
Our bio-gas work is built on agricultural residue and organic waste, giving farmers and waste collectors a paid use for material they currently burn or discard.
Every outlet and every plant is staffed from the district it serves — forecourt teams, drivers, technicians, plant operators — with training provided by us.
Fuel handling, fire response and spill control are taught to our outlet teams and our dealers' staff, because a safe forecourt protects the neighbourhood as much as the business.
We give ongoing support to cow and animal welfare in the areas we work in — feed, care and upkeep at gaushalas and animal shelters.
This is not charity kept separate from the business. Cow dung is a feedstock for our bio-gas work, so a well-run gaushala earns from what it already produces. Care for the animal and value for the keeper move together.
We report what we have done, not what we intend. As our plants and outlets come up, this page will carry our actual work — district by district, with dates and numbers — rather than general statements.
Share your land or site details and our team will come back to you with the next step. There is no charge for the first review.
