Our Services

What we do for the people who build this business with us.

Our products are fuel. Our services are how somebody else gets to own a piece of the fuel business — a pump, a plant, a waste contract — with our team, our system and our technology behind them. Six services today, and more coming as the network grows.

Current services

The six services we run today

Each one has a written process behind it, a named officer accountable for it, and a record you can ask to see.

SERVICE 01

Petrol pump dealership development

We take a person with land and an intention, and hand back a working, licensed, branded fuel outlet — then stay on while it runs.

01

What we do

  • Survey your site and study traffic, access, demand and competition
  • Counsel you honestly on investment, timeline, obligations and the risks you carry
  • Verify land title and prepare the documentation file
  • Produce the layout, engineering drawings and bill of quantities
  • Coordinate every government NOC and licence — fire, explosives, electrical, pollution, road access
  • Build it: civil work, tanks, dispensers, pipelines, canopy, branding, automation
  • Test, calibrate, train your staff and hand over a complete evidence file
02

What you bring

  • The land — owned, or on a registered lease
  • Your KYC and financial documents
  • Government fees, deposits and bank guarantees
  • Your agreed share of construction cost
  • Working capital and the first stock of fuel
  • Your time — this is your business, not a passive asset

THE EIGHT STAGES

Application

KYC papers and site details.

Survey & feasibility

Site, traffic, access and demand studied.

Commercial approval

The site cleared internally before real spending.

Letter of Intent

Your allotment confirmed in writing.

Dealership agreement

Terms and duties signed by both sides.

Approvals & licences

Land papers, NOCs and statutory licences.

Construction

Civil, mechanical, electrical and automation.

Inauguration

Calibration, training, first fill, opening day.

Who this suits

Landowners on a highway, state highway, urban main road or rural road; existing traders and transporters; and families looking for a long-term local business rather than a quick return.

How we quote

Only against your own site, in writing, after the survey. No verbal projections, and no payment except against an authorised written quotation to the bank account named in company documents.

SERVICE 02

Dealer operations & after-sales support

Opening an outlet is a project. Running one profitably for ten years is a different skill — and this is the service that carries most of our people's time.

01

Day to day

  • Fuel supply planning so you do not run dry in a demand spike
  • Stock, decantation, shift and cash procedures, taught and then audited
  • A named relationship manager for your outlet — a person, not a call centre
  • Marketing support and campaigns in your district
02

Keeping it right

  • Density and quality testing, and dispenser calibration checks
  • Safety and fire drills, and refresher training as your staff change
  • Equipment service, and warranty claims raised and pursued for you
  • Licence renewal reminders, inspection readiness and audit support
  • A written grievance route with a time limit on our reply
Two ways to run it

Operate the outlet yourself, or own it and let our team operate it for you. Both are explained in writing before you commit, and the choice is recorded in your agreement.

SERVICE 03

Production plant partnership

You bring industrially usable land and become an equal owner of the plant company. We bring the technology, our half, every approval, the waste supply and the entire running of the plant.

01

What we take on

  • Plant design, engineering and construction
  • Formation of the project company and all its documentation
  • Every statutory approval — pollution, fire, explosives, factory — and keeping them current
  • Waste feedstock: sourcing, transport, segregation and quality control
  • Operating and maintaining the plant, and employing its team
  • Selling the entire output — to our own retail network
02

What you bring

  • Industrially usable land, owned by you or taken on a long lease
  • Your share of the project company
  • Your documents for company formation and land papers
Not your problem

Buying waste, hiring staff, chasing licences, or finding a buyer for the fuel.

HOW A PLANT COMES UP

Enquiry

You send land details and location.

Site check

Land, power, water and road access studied.

Written proposal

Terms in writing; both sides do their checks.

Company formed

Project company registered, agreements signed.

Approvals

Statutory clearances obtained.

Construction

Civil, machinery, electrical, instrumentation.

Testing

Commissioned and performance demonstrated.

Production

Commercial operation declared.

Who can apply

Individuals, HUFs, partnership firms, LLPs and companies. The one qualifying condition is suitable land.

Commercial terms

Project cost, ownership and how profit is shared are set out in a written proposal after the site check. Never by phone, and never as a verbal promise.

SERVICE 04

Mobile bowser — for existing dealers only

A facility that lets an established My Indifuels dealer serve bulk customers away from the forecourt. It is not a public delivery service.

01

What it is for

  • Serving your bulk customers — farms, factories, construction sites, transport fleets
  • Supplied from your own outlet, under your existing dealership agreement
  • Recorded like any other sale, with quantity and quality documented
02

Who can use it

  • Existing My Indifuels retail outlet dealers only
  • Outlet must be commissioned and trading
  • Dealership in good standing, with no pending compliance issue
  • Requests raised through your Area Relationship Manager
Availability & restrictions

Not available to the general public, and not to new applicants or non-dealers. Availability depends on your district, route approval and vehicle allotment, and every trip runs under the required licences, safety rules and record-keeping.

Not a dealer yet?

The facility follows the dealership — start there.

SERVICE 05

Waste offtake for municipalities, industry and aggregators

Most people think of us as a fuel company. For a municipality or a factory with a waste problem, we are the other thing: somebody who will take the material away and account for it.

01

What we take

  • Non-recyclable plastic waste that has no other buyer
  • End-of-life tyres — one of the hardest wastes to dispose of safely
  • Agricultural residue, cow dung and organic waste for our bio-gas process
02

Who we work with

  • Urban local bodies and municipal corporations
  • Industrial units with a recurring waste stream
  • Waste aggregators, scrap dealers and collection agencies
  • Farmer groups, gaushalas and dairies
Why it is worth a conversation

Waste that currently costs money to dispose of, or gets burned in the open, becomes an input we want — collected under a written arrangement, weighed, and documented for your own compliance records.

Practical note

What we can accept depends on the district, our nearest plant's capacity and the authorisations in force there. Tell us your material and your volume and we will tell you plainly whether we can take it.

SERVICE 06

Fuel quality testing & compliance support

The service nobody asks for until something goes wrong — and the one that protects a dealer's licence and reputation.

01

Quality & quantity

  • Batch testing in our own laboratory before any fuel is released.
  • Density checks at the outlet, with the record kept there
  • Dispenser calibration, so quantity shown equals quantity delivered
  • Test reports available to our dealers
02

Compliance

  • A register of your outlet's licences and their expiry dates
  • Renewal reminders before, not after, a lapse
  • Inspection readiness support and audit follow-up
  • Safety, fire and emergency drills with your staff
Our standing rule

A check that was not performed is never recorded as done, and a test that was not reported is never shown as passed. Inside the company that is a disciplinary matter — which is exactly why the records are worth something.

HOW WE WORK

Every service above runs on a written system.

Our Corporate Management System governs each stage of every service, creating clear ownership, records, evidence and accountability from start to finish.

A named owner

Every stage has one accountable officer. Authority can be delegated; accountability cannot.

A form and a record

Each stage produces a document — a survey, certificate, test report, or handover file — that you keep.

Evidence, not assurance

A stage is complete when the named evidence exists. Not when somebody says it is done.

A time limit

Escalations and grievances carry response deadlines, so you are not left waiting on goodwill.

Ask which chapter

At any stage you may ask which chapter of our manuals governs your file, and who holds it.

Safety above the schedule

Work stops when it is unsafe, and that decision is never held against the person who makes it.

Future services

What we are building next

These are directions we are working towards, not services you can buy today. Each is labelled honestly, and each depends on approvals, systems and capacity being ready first.

In build

Five connected apps

A digital programme built on our management system, with a separate app for each kind of user — corporate governance, the retail dealer, the plant partner, the retail consumer, and the vendor or contractor. All five write into one record. A customer's complaint, a dealer's stock entry, a plant's batch release and a contractor's milestone bill stop being separate worlds — which is what makes a promise checkable.

Planned

Fleet & B2B fuel management

Contracted supply for transport fleets and industrial users, with consolidated billing, consumption reporting and controlled authorisation of who may fuel which vehicle. Volume customers want administration solved as much as price.

Planned

Multi-energy services at the forecourt

Bio-gas dispensing and EV charging at our own outlets, and hydrogen in time — turning a fuel station into a place that serves whatever a customer drives, including vehicles that are not yet common.

Planned

Waste-compliance services for producers

Companies that put plastic into the market carry a legal obligation to see it recovered. As a processor of exactly that material, we are positioned to help them meet it with documentation that stands up — once our registrations for the purpose are in place.

Planned

Plant operations for third parties

We operate our own plants every day. The same team could run a plant somebody else has built and cannot staff — a service worth offering once our own network is dense enough to spare the capability.

Planned

Project finance facilitation

Introducing dealers and plant partners to banks that lend against this kind of project, and helping assemble the documentation a lender asks for. We introduce and help you document — we do not arrange finance, and no sanction is ever promised.

Planned

Training as a service

Formal training for forecourt staff, plant operators and site engineers — safety, quality, decantation, emergency response — extended beyond our own network to the wider industry.

Being studied

Non-fuel retail at the forecourt

Convenience retail, driver rest facilities, tyre air and washroom standards. Fuel margins are thin; footfall is the asset. What that footfall should be offered is worth thinking about carefully rather than copying.

Stated plainly. Nothing in this section is on offer today. These are directions, not commitments or dates, and each depends on approvals, registrations, systems and capacity. When a service becomes available, it will move up this page and say so.

Please read. This page is an invitation to enquire. It is not an offer, not a dealership award or allotment, and not a promise of approval, income, sales or an opening date. It is not an offer of securities and no investment is solicited through this website. Every site is examined separately and all arrangements are subject to site feasibility, statutory approvals, applicable law and signed agreements. Investment amounts, ownership structure and any share of profit are confirmed only in a written proposal issued on the company's approved format; we do not give projections verbally. Payment should be made only against an authorised written quotation issued for your own site or land, and only to the bank account stated in the company's executed documents. Services described as planned or being studied are not available today.
